The SmartOperator dashboard opens at your organisation's own address and you sign in with your Smart360 identity; no separate username or password.

How to log into the dashboard?
The SmartOperator dashboard opens at a unique address for your organisation and is accessed using your Smart360 credentials; there is no separate username or password. Who can do this: Company administrators and agents. The company administrator sees all screens. Open your company's dashboard address in the browser: <company>.smartoperator.com.tr. On the Smart360 login screen, log in with your Smart360 ID.
Steps
Open your company's dashboard address in the browser:
<company>.smartoperator.com.tr. The address is notified by Smart360 when your account is created.Log in with your Smart360 ID on the Smart360 login screen. Smart360 Security verification usually completes in the background.
The dashboard opens. If you have multiple sites, the Site selector appears in the left menu 1; conversations are filtered in the same menu.
You can view your status and role by clicking your name in the top right corner 2.
